Our client is a well-established global leader in the design and manufacturing of audio products for many of the worlds top audio brands. They are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Sales Assistant to help out their growing Sales Team. The Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Assistant will be required to learn and display a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to assist both internal teams and external clients effectively.

Compensation Range:  $60K-80K (base + bonus)
Also, Fully paid Medical and 5% 401K contribution

Specific Duties Include

  • Customer Interaction: Engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored information about Company's products, including audio electronics manufacturing, and design.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with preparing quotes, managing client databases, processing orders, and following up on sales leads, meeting minutes.
  • Administrative Duties: Booking flights and hotels, attending trade shows, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales reports to ensure the sales team operates efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying informed about Company’s wide range of offerings and industry trends to better assist clients and support sales initiatives.
  • Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.

Required Skills

  • Experience: This is an entry level position and experience can be between 1-3 years.
  • Must have strong Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Must show great attention to detail.  
  • Must be proactive and customer-focused.
  • Must be capable of supporting complex sales processes within a global context.
  • Must have ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
